At GenoConnect, we understand that circumstances may change. You can cancel your order before it reaches you. However, once the testing kit is delivered, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds due to the nature of our genetic testing services and quality control standards.

• Full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after cancellation
• No returns or refunds accepted after delivery
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
