Sample Collection Process
Our streamlined process works as follows:
- Place an order for a DNA kit on our website
- Our courier partner, delivers the kit to your address
- If you bought the kit from Amazon, Amazon will deliver the kit to your address.
- After collecting your sample, schedule a pickup on our website after activating the kit.
- Our courier partner picks up the sample and delivers it to our lab for processing
- You Don't need to pay for the shipping. 2 way shipping is completely free.
